Collared Sleeves or Sleeveless : RM40
Additional cost :
1. Patterns with Smocking from shoulder down : add RM52. Flower Buttons : 10-12mm - RM30sen 13-15mm - RM50sen
( Normal 12mm shirt buttons - FOC )
Other accessories eg. ribbon, laces, extra fabric for collar, etc., shall be charged separately according to usage.
