Smocked Dress : Bella

This beautiful dress is appropriate for 'her" birthday and any other ‘very special occasion’. Uniquely designed with 100% Japanese cotton. The bodice is hand smocked using DMC floss and is enhanced with bullion roses. The back yoke is plain, fastens with three buttons, a sash tie.
The dress has puffed sleeves and its hem is hand sewn.
