Smocked Dress : Hailey

This pale purple dress is made of 100% cotton fabric with tiny white dots print. The bodice is hand smocked using DMC floss. The front bodice has been enhanced with 24 bullion roses clusters along the smocked lines. The back yoke is plain, fastens with three flower buttons.
This pre-shrunk dress is beautiful, comfortable, and functional for your little one.
